Property Investment Services Pty Ltd commenced managing owners corporations (formally known as bodies corporate) in March 1992. The need was emphasized when the principal, Norman Mermelstein couldn’t locate a committed company to manage his own properties. He has been a member of various owners corporations continuously since 1982. Although licensed as an Estate Agent, Property Investment Services Pty Ltd is not directly involved with property sales and marketing. It specializes in management and allied services such as insurance, conveyancing and dispute resolution.

We are currently entering into a Quality Assurance Program to improve the position of the Company moving into the future whilst still maintaining the personal and professional rapport with our clients.
